Student-Athletes Representing Eight Different Institutions to Compete in Charlotte
MANSFIELD, Mass. - 19 student-athletes representing the Northeast-10 Conference will compete at the 2018 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships. A total of 754 participants, 377 men and 377 women, will compete in the championships. Student-athletes qualified for the championships by reaching the automatic and provisional standards established for each event.
The complete list of NE10 student-athletes competing is listed below along with their qualifying mark in their respective events. Eight different conference members will have at least one student-athlete competing, representing ten different NE10 programs. Southern Connecticut's Destiney Coward, pictured, will be competing in two events at the event and will be looking to defend her title in the hammer throw
The championships will be held May 24-26 in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Irwin Belk Complex. Johnson C. Smith University will serve as the host of the championships. The championships will be streamed live on www.NCAA.com each day.
