WOMEN'S SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL

MANSFIELD, Mass. - The sixth (Pace) and seventh (Le Moyne) seeds are still alive following the Quarterfinal Round of the 2016 NE-10 Women's Soccer Championship.

#1 Adelphi 2, #8 Southern New Hampshire 1, Final - 2OT | BOXSCORE

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - A goal in the final minute of regulation from Morgan Santoro forced overtime, while Victoria Antonino registered the game-winner in double overtime to lead top-seeded Adelphi past eighth-seeded Southern New Hampshire, 2-1, earlier this afternoon during a Northeast-10 Conference Championship Quarterfinal match.

Trailing 1-0 in the 90th minute of play, Santoro was able to line up a free kick outside the 18-yard box for the Brown and Gold (15-2-1). On the attempt, the Islip, N.Y. native put forth a shot that placed perfectly in the top left corner to even the score at 1-1 and force overtime. With that goal, Santoro tied Kimberly Campbell (2000) for the program single-seaon goal record at 23.

Adelphi will host Stonehill in one NE-10 Semifinal Friday.

#2 AIC 1, #7 Le Moyne 1, Le Moyne Advances on Penalty Kicks | BOXSCORE

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -  Seventh-seeded Le Moyne was a perfect five-for-five in their penalty kick opportunities sending the Dolphins to the Semifinal Round of the NE-10 Women's Soccer Championship.

Le Moyne's win coupled with Pace's win means either a six seed or a seven seed will play for the 2016 NE-10 title on Sunday.

#6 Pace 1, #3 Southern Connecticut 0 | BOXSCORE

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Pace's Drew Ribadeneyra converted a penalty kick in the 23rd minute to give the Setters the only offense they would need to pull the upset during the Quarterfinal Round of the Northeast-10 Conference Championship.

The Setters will now host Friday's Semifinal round game against Le Moyne as the Dolphins upset second-seeded American International tonight as well
