NE10 Player of the Week
Joe Lombardi, Saint Anselm
Junior l Attack l Holliston, Mass.
Lombardi was the top goal scorer in both games this week for Saint Anselm improving to a 5-1 overall record. He helped the Hawks defeat Saint Rose, 19-8, by recording his second career four-goal game. On Saturday against No. 11 Bentley, Lombardi notched a hat trick in a 17-8 statement win to wrap up the week with seven goals for seven points.
NE10 Defensive Player of the Week
Aidan Fitzgerald, Adelphi
Graduate | LSM | Calverton, N.Y.
Fitzgerald was a force on defense for No. 4 Adelphi men's lacrosse when they took down undefeated No. 9 Pace. He led the team with four caused turnovers and added two ground balls, holding the Setters to their lowest scoring output of the season.
NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week
Dylan Renner, Adelphi
Senior | Goalkeeper | Roslyn Heights, N.Y.
Adelphi took down No. 9 Pace with the help of Renner between the pipes, as he improved to 4-0 in league play. Holding the Setters to their lowest scoring output of the season, he collected a near-career best in saves with 15 while also collecting six ground balls and two caused turnovers.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Braden Donnellan, Adelphi
Freshman l Attack l Massapequa, N.Y.
Donnellan led the Adelphi rookies this week in points, collecting three in a 12-6 win over No. 9 (and undefeated) Pace. He scored twice with 80% of his shots on goal and added a helper in the Panthers six-goal opening stretch.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Logan Tucker, Adelphi (Sr., M - Massapequa, N.Y.)
Tucker tallied four points on two goals and two assists in a 12-6 win over unbeaten Pace. He led the team in points and sits fourth in the NE10 with 22 goals.
Tyler Goode, American Int'l (Jr., M - Canandaigua, N.Y.)
Goode put up a strong performance against No. 11 Bentley, scoring twice and setting up two additional goals. He moved into a tie for the most assists in AIC men's lacrosse history in a season during the game.
Jack Galvin, Assumption (Sr., M - Yarmouthport, Mass.)
Galvin was a defensive force for the Greyhounds in their 11-6 win over Southern New Hampshire. He tallied four caused turnovers and two ground balls, which helped Assumption to push their winning streak to five games, which ties the longest winning streak since the 1983 season.
Ryan Healey, Assumption (Sr., A - Westwood, Mass.)
Healey recorded four goals and five points in Assumption's 11-6 win over Southern New Hampshire. His goal with 4:49 remaining in regulation, he became the ninth Greyhound in program history to surpass 100 career points.
Colin Malone, Assumption (Sr., GK - East Patchagoue, N.Y.)
Malone recorded a season-high 18 saves in Assumption's 11-6 win over Southern New Hampshire. The Greyhounds held the Penmen to a season-low six goals, while the Blue and White pushed their winning streak to five games, which is the longest since the 1983 campaign.
Conor Segreti, Bentley (Sr., A - Darnestown, Md.)
Segreti scored three goals in both of Bentley's games last week. He notched a hat trick in a 15-9 victory over AIC to begin the week. Against nationally ranked Saint Anselm he had three goals and scored on 75 percent of his shots.
Christian Reyes, Saint Michael's (Jr., A - Norwood, Mass.)
Reyes tallied a career-high six goals on eight shots while scooping two ground balls in a 16-4 victory over Franklin Pierce on Saturday.
Matt Antonetti, Southern New Hampshire (So., A - North Attleboro, Mass.)
Antonetti finished with a pair of goals in each game last week to bring his total to ten goals. He also had four ground balls, including three at Assumption last Tuesday.
Kyle Proulx, Southern New Hampshire (Sr., D - Londonderry, N.H.)
Proulx had a big week defensively. On Tuesday at Assumption, he had a career-high 10 ground balls and matched his career-best with three caused turnovers. In the win over Saint Rose Friday, Proulx had three ground balls and one caused turnover.
