MANSFIELD, Mass. – On Monday afternoon, the Northeast-10 Conference honored 89 exceptional student-athletes as Academic All-Conference recipients for the fall season after their outstanding work on both the playing surface and in the classroom.

To be eligible for selection to the NE10 Academic All-Conference teams, a student-athlete must have met or exceeded the following minimum requirements: started in at least half or played in at least two-thirds of the team's competitions as a significant contributor and achieved a 3.30 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

Of the 89 student-athletes, 27 are repeat honorees from the fall semester of 2018. The Academic All-Conference teams represent a diverse group of student-athletes representing each of the league's 15 member institutions and one associate member.

Stonehill had 10 student-athletes earn academic honors, the most of any school in the NE10 – as Adelphi came in second with nine. Bentley, Saint Rose, Southern Connecticut and Southern New Hampshire each had eight honorees.

The Saint Rose women's soccer team produced four selections to the Academic All-Conference team, the most of any NE10 program in the fall season. The Golden Knights were NE10 champions, East Region champions and an NCAA semifinalist in 2019.

Additionally, four student-athletes who won NE10 Player/Athlete of the Year awards in their respective sports made the list for Academic All-Conference – including Adelphi's Paolo Marciano (men's soccer), Assumption's Kialeigh Marston (women's cross country), Southern New Hampshire's Laura van der Doorn (field hockey) and Saint Rose's Nina Predanic (women's soccer).
