NE10 Sweeps Top Men's Lacrosse All-Region Honors

Lacrosse All-Region

MANSFIELD, Mass. - The Northeast-10 swept all three top All-Region men's lacrosse 2024 honors, announced Friday by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA).  Adelphi goalie Dylan Renner, Co-NE10 Player of the Year, is the North Region Player of the Year.  Saint Anselm's Nick Larsen, the other conference Co-Player of the Year, split North Region Offensive Player of the Year with Pace's Ryan Kemp.  Three-time NE10 Defensive Player of the Year Ryan Slattery, of Saint Anselm, is the 2024 North Region Defensive Player of the Year.

Adelphi's flown to the Division II national semifinals this weekend on the back of Renner's historic season.  The senior keeper has the top save percentage (65.0%) in all of NCAA lacrosse this spring -- better than any goalie across the DI, DII and DIII levels.  Renner is saving a higher percentage of shots this season than any DII keeper since Le Moyne's Alex Krawec stopped nearly 70% of shots in 2016.  Adelphi's defense ranks third nationally alloweing 7.53 goals per game.  For his success, Renner was named both the NE10 Goalkeeper and Player of the Year, splitting the latter with Saint Anselm's Larsen.

Larsen splits North Region Offensive Player of the Year with Pace's Ryan Kemp.  The latter ranked eighth nationally with 55 goals this season while Larsen captains Saint Anselm's offense into the DII Final Four this weekend.  Slattery's been a huge part of that success for the Hawks as well, heading up a defense that ranks 10th nationally and second in the conference.

Along with those major honors, the NE10 saw 23 student-athletes selected All-Region and another 11 named honorable mention.
