NE10 Player of the Week

Katie Schenk, New Haven
Senior | Midfield | Southbury, Conn.

In a pair of games at the US Lacrosse Facility in Sparks, Md., Schenk finished her week with a combined eight goals and one assist for nine total points. She began the week with six points in a win over Indiana (Pa.) with five goals and an assist. She followed that up with a hat trick in an OT thriller against No. 25 Seton Hill. One of her eight goals came on a free position attempt, while she also added four draw controls, two ground balls and two caused turnovers.

NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Angelina Porcello, Pace
Senior | Midfield | Eastchester, N.Y.

Porcello turned in another solid week on defense, causing five turnovers, securing six ground balls and 13 draw controls in a 2-0 week for the Setters. She also added seven goals and two assists over the two games.

NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Gabby Buscemi, New Haven
Senior| Goalkeeper | East Patchogue, N.Y.

Buscemi continued her streak of double-figure save outings, collecting 25 total on the week as she opened up with a dozen against Indiana (Pa.) and added 13 more against Seton Hill with both games coming at the US Lacrosse Facility in Sparks, Md. For the week, she finished with a 56.8 save percentage.

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Payson Hedges, Adelphi
Freshman | Attack | East Nortport, N.Y.

In a 21-4 win for No. 3 Adelphi over Saint Michael's, Hedges accounted for five points, courtesy of three goals and two assists. This is her second game with a hat trick this season, while she also won two draw controls and grabbed one ground ball.

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Kelly-Ann McGrath, Adelphi (Sr., M - Franklin Square, N.Y.)
In a 21-4 win for No. 3 Adelphi over Saint Michael's, Mcgrath put up four goals and one assist to be one of three players with five or more points. She was 1-1 on free position shots and collected five draw controls. On the other side of the ball, she was responsible for one caused turnover and three ground balls.

Isabelle Edwards, Assumption (Sr., M - Gloucestershire, England)
Edwards put in a well-balanced effort in Assumption's contest against Roberts Wesleyan. She filled the stat sheet with one goal, four draw controls, three ground balls, and two caused turnovers.

Jenna Joseph, Assumption (Gr., A - Longmeadow, Mass.)
Joseph continued her hot streak to begin the year, as she recorded three goals and three assists in the Greyhounds' game against Roberts Wesleyan. She currently paces the conference with 19 assists while ranking third in points with 28.

Daria Bock, Saint Rose (Sr., M - New Fairfield, Conn.)
Bock scored three goals, distributed an assist, forced two turnovers, and won 10 draw controls in the Golden Knights' matchup against Roberts Wesleyan on Thursday.

Hannah Holmes, Southern Conn. St. (Sr., D - Colchester, Conn.)
Holmes recorded a team-best two goals with an assist for three points, while adding a caused turnover, in a 23-2 win over Saint Andrew's.

Shelby Cole, Southern N.H. (Sr., A - Gilford, N.H.)
Cole scored three goals and dished three assists, while also causing a pair of turnovers, and collecting a ground ball and a draw control, in SNHU's 14-12 victory over Division I Presbyterian on Saturday.

Alexis DeLucia, Southern N.H. (Sr., MF - Uncasville, Conn.)
DeLucia racked up six ground balls, four caused turnovers and 10 draw controls, while adding a goal and an assist on offense, in SNHU's 14-12 triumph over Division I Presbyterian on Saturday.
