NE10 Player of the Week
Filip Wetterqvist, Adelphi
Senior | Stockholm, Sweden
Wetterqvist tied for second at the NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional Preview with a two-round score of 146 (+2) - which included a one-under 71 in the second round - finishing first among all NE10 golfers. He helped lead the Panthers to a share of fifth place in the 25-team tournament.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Anthony Maglisco, Le Moyne
Freshman | Syracuse, N.Y.
Maglisco tied for 24th place with a 36-hole score of 151 at the NCAA Regional Preview to lead the Dolphins to a fourth-place finish. He opened with a 73 to land in an eight-way tie for fifth place and then carded a 78 on the second day.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Jared Walter, Bentley (Sr. - South Windsor, Conn.)
At the NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional Preview, Walter tied for 11th overall and was second among NE10 golfers with a four-over 77-71-148. His second-round 71 was a spring season-best and included three birdies.
Luke Barney, Le Moyne (Sr. - Apalachin, N.Y.)
Barney tied for 14th place with a 36-hole score of 150 at the NCAA Regional Preview to lead the Dolphins to a fourth-place finish. He opened with a 77 and then moved up 25 places in the standings with a 73 on the second day.
Jeff Liss, Southern New Hampshire (Sr. - Port St. Lucie, Fla.)
Liss opened the Atlantic/East Regional Preview with a 72 that had him in fourth place after the opening round, just four strokes back of the leader. He shot a 78 in the final round and finished tied for 14th with a 150.
