NE10 Player of the Week

Josh Weiss, Saint Michael's
Junior | Pittsford, N.Y.

Weiss went 4-2 over the past two weeks, going 2-1 in both singles and doubles, including upsetting the 28th-ranked singles player in the nation. He lost 6-4, 6-4 at No. 1 singles against Division I Quinnipiac on Feb. 4 while siding for a 7-5 triumph in the No. 2 doubles spot. Against regionally-ranked Le Moyne on Feb. 6, Weiss rallied past Tom Jarry, the 28th-ranked player in the nation and top-ranked regional player, 6-7 (3-7), 6-4, 6-3 at No. 1 singles, while losing 6-3 at No. 2 doubles. At Saint Lawrence on Thursday, he won 2-6, 6-1, 6-3 at No. 2 singles and 8-6 at No. 1 doubles.

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Peter Hatton, Le Moyne
Freshman | Syracuse, N.Y.

Hatton is 3-0 in singles action and 2-1 in doubles play through his first three matches as a Dolphin. He won in straight sets at third singles on Feb. 6 against Saint Michael's and also won at second doubles. He then posted wins at fourth singles against Mercyhurst (2/11) and Edinboro (2/12).

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Tom Jarry, Le Moyne (Fifth Year - Paris, France)
Jarry is 2-1 in No. 1 singles action and 3-0 in No. 1 doubles play through three matches this semester. He teamed on a doubles victory on Feb. 6 against Saint Michael's. He then posted singles and doubles wins at the first position against Mercyhurst (2/11) and Edinboro (2/12).

Jonathan Berling, SNHU (Fr. - Moss, Norway)
Berling helped the Penmen to a 5-2 win at Queens on Saturday, taking the #1 singles match in three sets. Berling, ranked 37th in the nation by the ITA, dropped the first set to #47 Kareem Rashad, but then won the next two sets to earn the point.
