Hartwell, effective on Monday, July 13. Smith is stepping down as head softball coach to take over the reins of the softball program at Seton Hall University.

Northeast-10 Conference Announces Academic Team Excellence WinnersJune 21, 2012The Northeast-10 Conference has announced its complete list of Academic Team Excellence winners from the 2011-2012 school year. Ten different schools had at least one team earn the award, while Bentley University led the way with seven of their teams earning the recognition.

Adelphi Women's Basketball Team Holds Free Clinic at Local Middle SchoolMay 22, 2012The Adelphi University women's basketball team conducted a free clinic for the Roosevelt Middle School girls' basketball team on May 3.
