Samuel and Williams were integral members of a Penmen defensive unit that led the country in team goals-against average (0.45) and finished seventh in shutout percentage, recording 13 clean sheets in 24 games.

Samuel, a Northeast-10 First Team and Daktronics Second Team All-Region selection, started all but one game and finished with three goals and an assist on the season, including two goals in the East Region final against LIU Post.
