NE10 Player of the Week
Sloane Van Zanen, Stonehill
Senior | Phoenix, Ariz.
Posted a team-leading 81.75 stroke average over four rounds in two events for the Skyhawks to open the spring season. Led Stonehill to a fifth place team finish at the Pfeiffer Invitational Feb. 28 & March 1 in North Carolina, by finishing tied for fifth on the individual leaderboard with a two-day score of 161, including a season-low round of 78 in the first round. Followed that up with a 25th place finish (out of 80 overall) to help lead the Skyhawks at the Southwest Minnesota State Invitational in Arizona last week, posting a combined 166 score (81-85).

Mollie Thomas, Stonehill
Freshman | Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Registered a 91.00 stroke average over four rounds in the Skyhawks five-woman team at two events to open the spring season. She logged a season-low round of 86 in the second round of the Southwest Minnesota State Spring Invitational in Arizona last week to finish tied for 58th overall (95-86=181). Thomas finished tied for 30th at the Pfeiffer Invitational Feb. 28 & March 1 with a two day score of 183 (92-91).

Casagrande finished in eighth place at the Brown Golf Intercollegiate in Whispering Pines, N.C., competing as an individual. She shot rounds of 80 and 84.
