Franklin Pierce to Represent the NE10 at the NCAA DII Women's Golf Championship

Ravens Won the NE10 Title for the Third-Consecutive Time Last Fall.


MANSFIELD, Mass. - Franklin Pierce will represent the Northeast-10 Conference at the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championship, as announced on Monday afternoon. The East Regional will be conducted from May 2-4 at the Shoal Creek Golf Club (Kansas City, Mo.), with William Jewell College and the Kansas City Sports Commission serving as host. 

Franklin Pierce earns the NCAA bid after winning the 2021 NE10 Women's Golf Championship this past fall - the third-straight Championship won by the Ravens' program. Freshman Kesinee Prukmathakul - the NE10 individual medalist - leads Franklin Pierce into regional play, along with fellow freshman Phisonlaya Ruayruen

The East Regional consists of 15 teams and six individuals. Every participant will compete in the 54-hole tournament, with the top five teams and top two individuals advancing to the NCAA Championship - which will be held from May 10-14 at Chattahoochee Golf Club in Gainesville, Ga. Across four regionals, there is a total of 48 teams and 24 individuals competing in the NCAA Championship.
