NE10 Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week
William Brown, New Haven
Sophomore | Middletown, Pa.
Brown led the Chargers in their first meet of the season, taking home titlist honors at the Wesleyan Cardinals Cross Country Invitational. Brown finished the 6K course in a time of 19:04.6 which narrowly edged out Amherst rookie Henry Dennen by just four tenths of a second to take the title.

Peri Snow, Assumption
Senior | East Bridgewater, Mass.
Snow finished the 5K Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational course in 20:10.9 for a 35th place finish to lead all Greyhounds.
NE10 Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week
Colby Medeiros, Assumption
Freshman | Wilmington, Mass.
Medeiros finished the 5K Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational course in 17:10.5.
NE10 Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week
Michaella Namiotka, Assumption
Freshman | Holden, Mass.
Namiotka finished the 5K Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational course in 21:28.6 for a 69th place finish and third to cross the finishline for the Greyhounds.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Claudio Rocha, Assumption (Sr. - Peabody, Mass.)
Had his second top-10 finish of the year at the Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational. Rocha's time of 16:02.9 was good for a seventh-place finish.
Sophia Bisognano, Le Moyne (So., Albany, N.Y.)
Placed 19th in 21:07.7 to lead the Dolphins at Vassar's Ron Stonitsch Invitational on Saturday.
Katie Culliton, Saint Michael's (Jr., Glen Falls, N.Y.)
Finished second among 80 runners during the Vermont Intercollegiate Championship/Vermont Tech Maple Syrup Challenge on Saturday. Culliton's time of 20:52.68 allowed her to break into a top 10 otherwise entirely occupied by runners from Middlebury, which is ranked 17th in Division III.
