NE10 Player of the Week

Colin Philippon, Assumption
Senior | Forward | Salem, N.H.

Philippon recorded two goals and added three assists, as the Greyhounds went 1-1 at the season-opening Woo Cup. On Friday, Philippon scored two goals and added two assists, as Assumption scored four-unanswered goals to defeat Worcester State, 7-5. In the championship game against Nichols, Philippon picked up an assists, despite losing 4-3 in overtime.

NE10 Goaltender of the Week

Kyle Martin, Franklin Pierce
Graduate | Goaltender | Westford, Mass.

Played every minute in a 2-0-0 week, as the Ravens won the Western Massachusetts Invitational. Stopped 74 of 79 shots, to post a .937 save percentage and a 2.47 GAA. Made 34 saves against 36 shots in Friday night's 5-2 win over co-host Western New England. Piled up 40 saves against 43 shots in the championship game on Saturday, a 4-3 (OT) win over co-host Westfield State.

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Luke Linart, Saint Anselm
Freshman | Forward | Holland, Mich.

Linart made his collegiate debut with a goal against Southern New Hampshire before adding a pair of assists in the overtime win over Southern Maine. Linart totaled three points on a goal and two assists with a plus-three on-ice rating.

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll 

Conor Foley, Franklin Pierce (Sr., F - Nahant, Mass.)
Scored three times in a 2-0-0 week, as the Ravens won the Western Massachusetts Invitational. Recorded eight shots and was +4. Scored twice in Friday's 5-2 win at Western New England, including the shorthanded game-winner. Added a goal on five shots in the championship game, a 4-3 (OT) win at Westfield State.

Will Christensen, Saint Anselm (Jr., F - Ridgefield, Conn.)
Christensen registered four points on a goal with three assists between the pair of Hawks wins over Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine. The junior had an assist against the Penmen before netting a goal and posting two helpers over the Huskies, skating to a plus-three on-ice rating. Christensen's goal tied Saturday's game at two and registered the primary assists on Saint Anselm's first and fourth goals.

Nick Howard, Saint Anselm (Sr., G - Burlington, Mass.)
Howard turned aside 57 shots in a 2-0-0 opening week for the Hawks which included a 5-1 win over crosstown rival Southern New Hampshire and a 6-5 win in overtime over Southern Maine. Howard made 28 saves in the win over the Penmen before stopping 29 against the Huskies, bringing him to a 0.905 save percentage and a 2.96 goals-against average on the week.

Cole Manahan, Saint Michael's (Fr., G - Hermantown, Minn.)
Manahan made 29 saves in his college debut while yielding just a third-period power-play goal in a 2-1 victory at Albertus Magnus on Saturday.

Jeremy Routh, Saint Michael's (Sr., F - Hamden, Conn.)
Routh turned in a game-winning goal and an assist while going plus-2 during a weekend split with Albertus Magnus. Routh lent the primary assist on the go-ahead goal on Saturday before potting the third-period winner in a 2-1 victory after the Purple Knights lost a 4-1 decision in their opener on Friday.
