Three Ravens Named Men's Soccer All-Americans

MANSFIELD, Mass., - The No. 1 Franklin Pierce men's soccer team placed three student-athletes on 2023 All-America teams, headlined by NE10 Player of the Year and East Region Player of the Year Younes Addar Khanoussi, as selected by the United Soccer Coaches Association and the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA).

Khanoussi was the lone Raven placed on the United Soccer Coaches Association team, picking up All-America Third Team honors.  The Castellon, Spain native was selected for the All-America First Team by the D2CCA along with NE10 Co-Defensive Player of the Year Rodrigo Parafita Bestilliero.  Jeronimo Ferando Ferri was a D2CCA Third Team honoree.

Addar enters Saturday's national championship game with 21 goals, second most in DII.  Ferri was Mr. Clutch for the Ravens with seven scores this fall, five counting as game-winners.  Bestilliero scored 10 points while also playing lock-down defense for the No. 11 ranked unit in the country.

Founded in 1941 and based in Kansas City, Mo., United Soccer Coaches has grown into the world's largest soccer coaches' organization that serves members at every level of the game. United Soccer Coaches works every day to inspire coaches and ignite their passion for the game so they pass it on to players and others in the soccer community.

The D2CCA encourages and promotes DII athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact DII intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA DII member colleges and universities.
