Fifty-One NE10 Soccer Student Athletes Honored as CSC Academic All-District

Southern Connecticut Men's and Women's Teams Each with Six Honorees.


MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference had thirty women's soccer players and twenty-one men's soccer players named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams. 

The 2023 Academic All-District teams are selected by CSC (formerly known as CoSIDA), and recognizes the nation's top student-athletes across the NCAA and NAIA for their combined performances on the playing field and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the Academic All-America ballot.

On the men's side, Southern Connecticut led the NE10 with six selections. Southern New Hampshire and Saint Michael's each garnered four selections. Adelphi, Bentley, and New Haven each picked up a pair of mentions, and Saint Anselm had one student-athlete named Academic All-District to close out the 21 honorees. 

Bentley, Saint Michael's and Southern Connecticut all had six student-athletes each on the women's side. New Haven had five Academi All-District players, and Southern New Hapshire had four. Adelphi picked up a pair of mentions, and Saint Anselm had one student-athlete named Academic All-District to close out the 30 honorees.

ABOUT THE NE10
The NE10 is an association of 12 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.

Each year, 4,500 of those student-athletes compete in conference championships in 24 sports, making the NE10 the largest DII conference in the country in terms of sport sponsorship.
