Golden Knights Earn Top Seed with Head-to-Head Tiebreaker.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Saint Rose and Franklin Pierce both earned a share of the Northeast-10 Conference regular season championship, as the league office announced the Women's Soccer Championship bracket on Wednesday night. It is the second time in the past four seasons that the Golden Knights and Ravens have won the regular season title.
Saint Rose (14-0-3, 9-0-3 NE10), the two-time reigning NE10 champions and No. 7 ranked team in Division II, completed an undefeated regular season on Wednesday night with an impressive 5-1 victory over Adelphi. The Golden Knights defeated Franklin Pierce during the regular season, giving them the head-to-head tiebreaker and earning the program the No. 1 seed in the NE10 Championship for the second time in the past three seasons.
Franklin Pierce (13-2-2, 10-2 NE10) earns its first regular season title since 2018 - the same year that it won its eighth NE10 Championship. The Ravens, the No. 15 ranked team in the United Soccer Coaches' poll, lost only to Saint Rose and Le Moyne in conference play this season and will enter the Championship as the No. 2 seed.

The NE10 Championship quarterfinals are scheduled for Sunday, October 30, and will be hosted by the four highest seeds - Saint Rose, Franklin Pierce, Adelphi (No. 3) and Southern Connecticut (No. 4).
The NE10 Championship semifinals will be on Thursday, November 3, while the Championship final is set for Sunday, November 6. Both the semifinals and final will be hosted by the highest remaining seeds. All rounds of the Championship will be streamed live on NE10NOW.tv.
Postseason admission in all rounds of NE10 fall championships will be $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and children. Current NE10 students, with valid ID, will be admitted free of charge.

When looking at results vs. the highest seeded teams, both lost to Saint Rose, Franklin Pierce & Adelphi. Saint Anselm earned the #5 seed based on a win vs. SCSU; Bentley lost to SCSU.
