Conti earned a share of individual medalist honors at the Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational, as he followed up his opening-round 73 with a tournament-low 68 Monday that put him at 3-under with a 141 for the tournament. SNHU won the 14-team event at Keene (N.H.) Country Club by nine strokes, collectively shooting 580.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Peter Wurszt, Franklin Pierce
Freshman | Wilbraham, Mass.
Wurszt turned in a Sunday 71 (-1) and followed up with a Monday 72 (E) to tie for third at 141 (-1) at the Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational and lead the Ravens to a fifth-place finish.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Andrew Brunozzi, Adelphi (Jr. - Cicero, N.Y.)
Brunozzi won a share of the individual title at the FPU Fall Invitational on Monday. The junior sat tied for first at the conclusion of the first 18 after shooting a one-over 71. He improved his score by one stroke on the back 18 to secure the top 36-hole score of 141 (71-70). Brunozzi had nine birdies and made par on 22 of 36 holes.
Drew Semons, Saint Anselm (Jr. - Danvers, Mass.)
The junior followed up a strong 2021 spring season by carding a two-day score of 148 (74-74) and tying for 18th place in the Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational. Semons registered a team-high eight birdies and added 17 pars to aid his pair of two-over rounds.
Jack Pepin, Southern New Hampshire (Fr. - Plaistow, N.H.)
Pepin helped the Penmen win the 14-team Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational by nine strokes at Keene (N.H.) Country Club, as he shot even-par 72s both days to total a 144 and tie for fifth in his first collegiate tournament.
