Week 7 - April 26, 2021

NE10 Player of the Week

Madi Killebrew, Franklin Pierce
Graduate Student | 3B/SS | Dana Point, Calif.

The graduate third baseman slashed .529/.600/1.294 with three home runs, 13 RBI, five runs scored, two doubles, a triple, and a walk. In the Ravens 17-13 victory over Bentley on Thursday, Killebrew was a perfect 3-for-3 at the dish coming up a single short of the cycle with a program single-game record six RBI. On Saturday she followed that up with a 3-for-3, homer, double, and five RBI performance in game one 7-1 victory at Stonehill. In the 12-1 game two win, Killebrew hit a round-tripper in her third straight game part of a 2-for-4 effort.

NE10 Pitcher of the Week

Morgan Perry, Saint Anselm
Senior | Pitcher | Bethany, Conn.

Perry dominated her opponents this past week, which featured a no-hitter on Friday against Saint Michael's and then followed up with a perfect game against the same team 24 hours later. Earlier in the week, Perry struck out six Franklin Pierce batters in three innings pitched. The no-hitter on Friday marked the third of Perry's career with the most recent no-no coming on Mar. 21, 2021 when she struck out 16 batters in the victory over New Haven in the season opener. Perry's 18 strikeouts in game one against the Purple Knights on Friday was the highest in a single game by a Hawks student-athlete. A day later, she threw a perfect game on Saturday, which was the first-ever in program history, as there were only three Hawks' student-athletes to throw no-hitters, but never a perfect game. In the process, she fanned 10 batters via strikeouts in the win over Saint Michael's on Saturday.

NE10 Rookie of the Week
