493 Student-Athletes Record 4.0 GPA.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Northeast-10 Conference institutions continue to perform at unparalleled levels in the classroom, as 69-percent of the entire student-athlete body has been named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester of 2021.
Among its 14 member and four associate member institutions, the Conference recognized 4,203 student-athletes for their academic achievements. The Academic Honor Roll (AHR) acknowledges the commitment of NE10 student-athletes to excel in the classroom with three designations – Academic Excellence (4.0 GPA), Academic Distinction (3.50-3.99 GPA) and Academic Honors (3.00-3.49 GPA).
13 of 14 NE10 full member institutions had at least 50-percent of their student-athletes earn AHR status. Six institutions had over 70-percent included, with a league-best 87-percent from Pace. Bentley (86-percent) and Adelphi (83-percent) came in second and third, respectively.

Among all student-athletes honored, a remarkable 493 of them won Academic Excellence accolades by achieving a perfect 4.0 grade-point average (GPA) in the spring semester – 43 more than the Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester of 2020. Southern New Hampshire had a league-high 65 student-athletes earn a 4.0 GPA.
Bentley had the highest total number of student-athletes with 461, while Assumption was second with 397 and Stonehill came in third with 339. Football had the most student-athletes honored with 443 and women's soccer led all female sports with 325.
The NE10 had 10 sports produce 200 or more student-athletes with a minimum 3.0 GPA in the spring semester. Six of the league's 24 sports saw increases in the total number of student-athletes recognized compared to the fall semester of 2020.
