NE10 Offensive Player of the Week

E'Lijah Gray, Southern Connecticut
Graduate Student | Running Back | Chelmsford, Mass.

Gray led the Owls offense with 217 yards on 20 carries with a touchdown in a 35-14 win over Post, as he became the first SCSU running back to rush for 200 yards in a game since Vaughn Magee totaled 297 yards in a game on Sept. 29, 2012. Gray has been on a tear as of late, totaling 476 yards and four touchdowns in his last three games. For the year, he's totaled 766 yards rushing with five touchdowns.

NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Eliot Porter, Pace
Redshirt Junior | Defensive Back | Wheatley Heights, N.Y.

Porter was all over the field on defense, leading the Setters in tackles with 11, forcing a fumble and sealing the team's victory over Saint Anselm with an interception on the final drive.

NE10 Special Teams Player of the Week

Nick Pucillo, Bentley
Senior | Linebacker | Acton, Mass.

The score was tied 10-10 with less than 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter when Bentley kicked off to Franklin Pierce. During the return, Pucillo forced a fumble which directly led to a safety on the play. Those 2 points were the game-winning points for Bentley.

NE10 Rookie of the Week

Owen Fitzgerald, Assumption
Sophomore (Rookie Eligible) | Linebacker | Auburn, Mass.

Fitzgerald was key on defense for the Greyhounds, as he logged ten tackles for Assumption, which included four solos, one for a loss and one pass breakup at New Haven.

NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Jael Feliz, Assumption (Sr., LB - Tampa, Fla.)
Feliz had a game-high 13 tackles at New Haven, which included 1.5 tackles for a loss and one sack to lead the Assumption defense.

AJ Norton-Jefferson, Bentley (Jr., DT - Melrose, Mass.)
Norton-Jefferson came away with a sack and interception during Bentley's grind-it-out win over Franklin Pierce. It was his third sack and first pick of the season.

Mark Waid, Bentley (Gr., QB - Cortland, Ohio)
Waid totaled 240 yards in a gutsy win over Franklin Pierce. His touchdown pass to Pat Damon tied the game with four minutes left in the fourth quarter.

Elijah Jeffreys, New Haven (Sr, WR - Somerville, Mass.)
Jeffreys led a half dozen New Haven receivers who all completed passes against Assumption, with Jeffreys racking up a team-high 103 yards on four catches for an average of 25.8 yards per completion. Among his four was a 71 yard touchdown reception as the Chargers came back from a 14-0 deficit for the 25-14 victory.

Devin O'Malley, New Haven (Sr., LB - Pawtucket, R.I.)
O'Malley led the Chargers' defense which surrendered just one offensive TD and held Assumption scoreless the entire second half for the 25-14 victory. Overall, he finished the game with a dozen tackles and had one of three interceptions on the day for New Haven, returning his two yards.

Nasir Robinson, Pace (So., RB - Penns Grove, N.J.)
Robinson continued his strong play out of the backfield, scoring the go-ahead touchdown while rushing for 149 yards in Pace's win over Saint Anselm.

Dylan Squillacioti, Pace (R-Jr., K - Kings Park, N.Y.)
Squillacioti went a perfect 3-3 on field goals, including two from over 40 yards, to help Pace defeat Saint Anselm. He also converted both extra points, totaling 11 points in the game.

Carson Goda, Saint Anselm (Jr., TE - Bradenton, Fla.)
Goda recorded a season-high in reception yards against Pace on Saturday for the Hawks. He completed 10 catches for 128 yards, just two yards shy of his career-best, along with his fourth touchdown of the season. Goda currently leads the team with 40 receptions for 457 total yards which ranks hime second overall in both categories in the league.

Youseff Gamel, Southern Conn. St. (So., DL - East Brunswick, N.J.)
In a win over Post, Gamel led the Owls with two sacks, just narrowly missing a third, and also had a forced fumble.
