NE10 Lands 10 on Field Hockey All-American Squads

GENEVA, N.Y. — In acknowledgement of outstanding performances during the 2023 season, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) proudly presents 32 Division II student-athletes as the 2023 NFHCA All-Americans.  

Six Northeast-10 teams had a student-athlete receive All-America honors, with four (Pace, Saint Anselm, Assumption and Bentley) earning two mentions. 

The NE10 and Region Player of the Year, Krista Dietz headlines the conference's selections with teammate Noelle Meij.  The pair are the second and third First Team All-Americans in Pace history after Paige Predmore in 2018.

Assumption's Mia Saleh makes the leap to the First Team after a Second Team nod in 2022 while the NE10 Defensive Player of the Year Grace Michael is a first-time All-American.

Bentley's Mia Trottie, the NE10 Goalkeeper of the Year, was named to the All-America Second Team along with teammate Emily Crowell, Assumption's May van Woudenberg, SNHU's Annemartine Christis, Saint Anselm's Maddie Davis and Saint Michael's' Bridgie Loughlin.

ABOUT THE NE10
The NE10 is an association of 12 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.

Each year, 4,500 of those student-athletes compete in conference championships in 24 sports, making the NE10 the largest DII conference in the country in terms of sport sponsorship. Leading the way in the classroom, on the field and within the community, the NE10 is proud of its comprehensive program and the experience it provides student-athletes.
