NE10 Player of the Week

Bayleigh Takacs, Southern Connecticut
Senior | Attack | Sparta, N.J.

Takacs had an incredible week, totaling nine goals and eight assists for 17 points, which was capped off by a historical performance against Franklin Pierce. On Saturday, Apr. 1, Takacs broke the program's all-time assist record (61), the single-game assist record (6), the single-game points record (11) and also the single-season assist record (22). Takacs rattled off five goals and six assists for 11 points against the Ravens in a 21-11 win and pushed her career assist record to 61 (and counting). Earlier in the week, Takacs scored four goals and added two assists for six points against AIC in a 19-9 win. She's totaled six-or-more points in four of her last five games including three straight.


NE10 Defensive Player of the Week

Daria Bock, Saint Rose
Junior | Midfield | New Fairfield, Conn.

Bock created three turnovers, won 17 draw controls, scored four goals, and distributed two assists across a 2-0 week for the Golden Knights. Bock's best effort came in Saturday's last-second victory at No. 12 Bentley, as she caused three turnovers and secured nine draws in addition to netting two scores and providing two helpers.


NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Elizabeth Driscoll, Saint Anselm
Sophomore | Goalkeeper | Marblehead, Mass.

Driscoll made 30 saves in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. The sophomore opened with a 13-save effort over No. 24 Southern New Hampshire before making a career-best 17 saves in a loss to No. 9 Adelphi. Driscoll closed the week with an 11.50 goals-against average and a 0.566 save percentage.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Katie Long, Pace
Freshman | Defense | Camillus, N.Y.

Long scored a hat trick in both games of a 2-0 week for Pace, including three goals in a 15-5 win over No. 9 Adelphi. She tallied three more in a 19-5 victory against No. 24 Southern New Hampshire. She added a pair of ground balls to her stat totals this week.  


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll  

Kerrin Heuser, Adelphi (Sr., M - Hicksville, N.Y.)
Last week's Defensive Player of the Week, Heuser posted a team leading seven points over Adelphi's two games last week, while causing a pair of turnovers along the way. Her shot-on-goal percentage for the week stood at 82 percent, after landing eight on cage en route to five tallies in a 13-10 win over Saint Anselm.

Kelly-Ann McGrath, Adelphi (Jr., M - Franklin Square, N.Y.)
In a 1-1 week for Adelphi, McGrath was tied with a team-leading six caused turnovers - for three in each game - and scooped up seven ground balls. Additionally, she tallied three goals and two draw control wins on the other side of the ball. 

Maeve Johnson, Bentley (Jr., A - Duxbury, Mass.)
Johnson led Bentley with 10 points in two games last week, with seven goals and three assists. She notched five goals and two assists against No. 13 ranked Mercy. Johnson also recorded 13 draw controls in the two games. 

Paige Crandall, Le Moyne (Sr., G - Adams, N.Y.)
Crandall registered a 4.67 goals against average, eight saves and a .533 save percentage in eighth-ranked Le Moyne's 2-0 week. She made five saves in an 18-6 victory at 20th-ranked New Haven on Wednesday. She tallied three saves (against one goal) in the first half of a 23-2 win over Saint Michael's on Saturday.

Jessica Meneilly, Le Moyne (Sr., A - Cicero, N.Y.)
Meneilly registered 10 points on nine goals (on nine shots) and one assist in eighth-ranked Le Moyne's 2-0 week. She scored five goals (on five shots) in an 18-6 victory at 20th-ranked New Haven on Wednesday. She recorded five points on four goals (on four shots) and one assist in playing only the first quarter of a 23-2 win over Saint Michael's on Saturday.

Aleya Corretjer, Pace (Gr., M - Thiells, N.Y.)
Corretjer netted 12 points in a 2-0 week for Pace, which tallied wins over Adelphi and Southern New Hampshire. She scored four points ( two goals, two assists) in a 15-5 win over the Panthers, while adding eight points (four goals, four assists) in the winning effort over SNHU.

Angelina Porcello, Pace (Jr., M - Eastchester, N.Y.)
Porcello led Pace to a 2-0 week behind her stellar defense, which included five ground balls and six caused turnovers in wins over Adelphi and Southern New Hampshire. She also added 16 draw controls on the week, including 10 against Adelphi.  

Jess Sullivan, Saint Anselm (Jr., A - Wrentham, Mass.)
Sullivan registered six goals and four assists for 10 points in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. The junior opened the week with a five goal, one assist effort in a win over No. 24 Southern New Hampshire before scoring one goal and assisted on three others in a loss to No. 9 Adelphi on Saturday. Sullivan collected two ground balls on the week and converted on one-of-three free-position shot attempts.

Lauren Pendergast, Saint Rose (So., A - Clifton Park, N.Y.)
Pendergast led Saint Rose to a 2-0 week with seven goals and three assists in victories over Saint Michael's and #12 Bentley. Pendergast found the back of the net three times against the Purple Knights on Wednesday, followed by Saturday's four-goal, three-assist performance that helped Saint Rose come back and defeat Bentley 17-16.

Skylar Renaud, Southern N.H. (Sr., MF - E. Waterboro, Me.)
Renaud caused four turnovers, while tallying five goals, five ground balls and seven draw controls, in a pair of SNHU losses. Renaud tallied three caused turnovers, four goals, two ground balls and three draw controls in Wednesday's 13-10 defeat at No. 22 Saint Anselm. She then caused another turnover, scored a goal, scooped up three ground balls and won four draws in a 19-5 loss to second-ranked Pace on Saturday.
