Pace's Angelina Porcello Named Player of the Year, Highlighting Lacrosse All-America Honors

NE10 with 39 Men's and Women's Lacrosse Student-Athletes Named to All-America Teams. 


MANSFIELD, Mass. - The Northeast-10 Conference produced 39 men's and women's lacrosse student-athletes from seven different institutions that earned All-America honors, following announcements from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) and the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA). Pace's Angelina Porcello was named the Division II Player and Midfielder of the Year, highlighting the postseason recognition.

Porcello helped lead the Setters to their first NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship title in program history with a victory over West Chester on May 21. She accounted for 65 goals and 19 assists this season, totaling 84 points - the sixth-most among all NE10 players. Porcello was the motor behind Pace's top-three scoring offense and top-10 scoring defense in Division II this season, while earning NE10 Co-Midfielder of the Year and a First Team All-Region selection. She is the first NE10 athlete since Adelphi's Kole Pollock (2019) to win IWLCA Division II Player of the Year. 

Men's lacrosse led all NE10 sports this year with 28 players earning All-America mentions - including a pair of First Team selections with Pace's Anthony Caputo and Saint Anselm's Ryan Slattery. Caputo was also named the USILA Midfielder of the Year after tying for fourth among all NE10 players in points this season (58). He was also named to the First Team for All-Conference and All-Region. 

Women's lacrosse had 11 players recognized, including four First Team selections. Pace had three players selected on the First Team, including Porcello, Kayla Conway and Aleya Corretjer - the IWLCA Attacker of the Year. Corretjer ranked first in the NE10 and in the top three of all of Division II in points this season with 121. Joining the Pace trio on the First Team was Adelphi's Alexandra Beebe - the NE10 Defensive Player of the Year. 

On the men's side, Adelphi had a league-high nine players earn All-America status, while Le Moyne was close behind with eight. On the women's side, Pace had a league-best five players selected on All-America teams, while Le Moyne had three.
