68 Student-Athletes and Seven Programs Honored.
MANSFIELD, Mass. - Seven Northeast-10 programs and 68 student-athletes were honored on Wednesday by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Association (IWLCA) with Academic Honor Squad and Academic Honor Roll recognition, respectively.
Pace led the way for the NE10 with 12 student-athletes named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll, while Adelphi was right behind with 10 honorees. In total, 10 programs had players represented on the Academic Honor Roll.
In order to be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or gradute student and achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better in the classroom. This year, 409 Division II student-athletes from 60 different institutions were named to the IWLCA Division II Academic Honor Roll.
Across Division I, II, II and NAIA, 290 programs were named IWLCA Academic Honor Squads - seven of which were NE10 member schools. A team must post a 3.2 GPA or higher in order to qualify for the award.

The NE10 is an association of 12 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.
Each year, 4,500 of those student-athletes compete in conference championships in 24 sports, making the NE10 the largest DII conference in the country in terms of sport sponsorship.
