NE10 with Six All-Region First Team Selections.
MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference had 12 baseball student-athletes recognized on the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) All-East Region teams following the conclusion of the 2021 regular season – including six that earned First Team honors.
Southern New Hampshire, who recently wrapped-up its participation in the Division II College World Series, led all NE10 programs with three All-East Region selections – with Nick Artymowicz and Dakota Mulcay both on the First Team. Artymowicz was selected the NE10's Northeast Division Pitcher of the Year in May.
Other First Team selections included Franklin Pierce's Dylan Jones – the Northeast Division Player of the Year – as well as Adelphi's Matt Alifano, Bentley's Ryan Berardino and Pace's Matt Almonte.
Southern Connecticut's Anthony Zambito, the Southwest Division Player of the Year, earned a place on the Second Team, as well as Franklin Pierce's Ian Battipaglia, the Northeast Division Rookie Hitter of the Year, and Pace's Christian Aich, the Southwest Division Rookie Pitcher of the Year.
