She entered the week just two goals away from breaking the Assumption Field Hockey career goals record and claimed that record with her goal in a 3-1 victory over Pace on Saturday. She now has 37 career goals. She finished the week with eight shots and seven on goal for a .875 shots on goal percentage.
In a 2-1 week, Simione had a goal, an assist and three defensive saves. Two of those came in a 3-2 OT loss to fourth-ranked Assumption, as did her assist. She also scored her first of the season in a 4-2 victory against St. Michael's, and helped the Falcons to a 2-0 shutout against St. Thomas Aquinas.
Cotton scored two goals as Mercy went 1-2 on the week. The graduate student scored a goal against Southern Connecticut on Wednesday before scoring the game-winning goal in overtime of Mercy's win at No. 9 AIC on Friday.
Henderson totaled 17 saves, while allowing just four goals, across Pace's 1-1 stretch last week. The Australia native was especially impressive on Saturday as she racked up a season-high 12 stops at No. 4 Assumption. Henderson currently ranks fourth in the NE10 in save percentage this season (.796), while playing the third most minutes in the conference.
LeBeau had her first career defensive save for the Hawks last week, helping the team to a 4-2 victory over Saint Michael's and later contributing as a defensive leader in the team's 5-0 blanking of Southern Connecticut State on Saturday. The Hawks conceded just 12 shot attempts in the team's two games this past week, yielding seven shots on net in total.
Senior Jenna Puleo recorded three goals and three assists during a 1-2 week on the road. In a 4-2 loss to No. 8 Saint Anselm on Wednesday, she notched a goal and an assist before turning in two goals - including the game-winner - and a helper in a 6-0 win at Molloy on Saturday. She recorded her second defensive save of the season and picked up an assist in the Owls 3-2 win over Mercy. Habakangas set up the eventual game-winning goal and her third quarter defensive save proved to be the difference maker in the Owls victory. She also helped limit No. 8 nationally ranked Saint Anselm to just six penalty corners in their lone loss of the week.
Annemartine Christis scored three goals during a 1-1 week for the Penmen. Christis found the back of the cage in a 6-2 loss to Adelphi on Friday and then scored twice Sunday to extend her goal streak to five straight games and lift SNHU to a 4-2 win over in-state rival Franklin Pierce.
