NE10 Player of the Week

Isaiah Moore, Franklin Pierce
Junior | Guard | Temple Hills, Md.

Moore averaged 24.5 points and 7.5 assists per game in a 1-1 week for the Ravens. He scored 14 and dished out four assists, to go with one rebound, one steal and one block in a loss at California (Pa.) on Tuesday. At home on Saturday, went for career bests in points (35) and assists (11), and added two boards and one steal, in a win over Saint Anselm.


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Aaron Gray, Southern N.H.
Freshman | Guard/Forward | Providence, R.I.

Gray posted 22.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game, while shooting 48.1 percent from the floor (13-27), including 53.8 percent (7-13) from long range, and 73.3 percent (11-15) from the stripe, during a 2-0 week for the Penmen. Gray tallied 15 points (5-15 FG, 1-5 3-FG, 4-6 FT), six boards and two steals in an 89-85 win over Assumption on Wednesday, before exploding for a career-high 29 points (8-12 FG, 6-8 3-FG, 7-9 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and two steals in Saturday's 85-62 triumph against Post. 


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Adonis Williams, Adelphi (Gr., G - Spring Valley, NY)
Williams recorded his first double-double of the season this week, despite a one-point loss to Saint Rose for Adelphi. He shot 9-for-15 from the field to account for 19 points and pulled down 10 boards; six on the offensive end. He was also responsible for two blocks and two assists.

Colton Lawrence, Bentley (Gr., G - Myerstown, Pa.)
In an 89-79 win at nationally-ranked Saint Anselm that ended the Hawks' 11-game home winning streak, Lawrence erupted for 34 points, including 23 in the first half, and also had four rebounds, an assist, a steal and a +11 in 29:58. He connected on 13 of 19 shots overall, including five of six three-pointers, and also made all three of his free throws. Through the season's first ten days, Lawrence is second in the conference in scoring, averaging 25,5 points.

Christian Davis, Le Moyne (Fr, G - Denver, Colo.)
Davis averaged 18.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals in Le Moyne's 1-1 week. He scored 19 points, grabbed three rebounds and had two steals in a loss at Indiana (Pa.) on Tuesday. He turned in 17 points, three rebounds, two assists and two blocks in a 79-75 win over New Haven on Saturday.

Dominick Cristiano, Pace (Gr., F - Valhalla, N.Y.)
Cristiano played a huge role in a pair of Setters' wins last week. The graduate student shot over 75 percent from the field with averages of 21.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in victories over USciences and AIC. He posted one of the best stat lines of the early season when he went off for 29 points and 13 rebounds in just 18 minutes against USciences. 

Chris Paul, Saint Anselm (Sr., G – Highland Mills, N.Y.)
Paul averaged 20.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game this past week as the Hawks fell twice to open NE10 play. He logged 27 points and six rebounds to open the year against Bentley before picking up a double-double at Franklin Pierce (14 pts., 11 reb.).

Patrick Gardner, Saint Michael's (Sr., F - Merrick, N.Y.)
Gardner scored 23 points with 11 rebounds and five blocks in 27 minutes during a 72-69 loss to regionally-ranked Stonehill on Saturday. He finished 7-for-12 from the floor and 8-of-8 on free throws while drawing nine Skyhawk fouls.

Shane O'Dell, Saint Rose (Fr, F - Schenectady, N.Y.)
O'Dell scored 22 points, pulled down eight rebounds, and handed out a career-best five assists to lead Saint Rose to Saturday's 82-81 victory at Adelphi. 

Ulyen Coleman, Southern Conn. St. (Jr, G - Brockton, Mass.)
In Southern's only game of the week, Coleman scored 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting and 3-of-6 from three-point range on the road against Jefferson. Coleman also recorded a career-high five steals to go along with three rebounds. 

Jackson Benigni, Stonehill (So, G - East Hampton, Conn.)
Averaged a team-high 15.5 points per game on 44.4-percent shooting (8-for-18), with 6.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game off the bench in a 2-0 week for the Skyhawks. Scored a season-high 16 points on 5-of-11 shooting, converting 6-of-10 free-throws, with a season-best seven rebounds, four assists and a steal in Wednesday night's 69-50 win over Bridgeport. Added 15 points on 3-of-7 shooting, including 2-for-5 from three, converting 7-of-9 free-throws in Saturday's 72-69 win at Saint Michael, adding five rebounds and three assists.
