NE10 Player of the Week
Michael Draskin, Adelphi

In a perfect 6-0 week, which included a 16-4 upset of No. 11 SNHU to take the rubber game of a three-game series, Draskin hit a team-leading .545 with two homers, five doubles, seven runs scored and nine RBI. His slugging percentage stood at an astonishing 1.045, to go along with a .593 on-base percentage. Both of his home runs came in the win over SNHU. Draskin had seven extra-base hits and four multi-hit games, including a trio of three-hit games in succession from Mar. 21 to Mar. 25.
NE10 Pitcher of the Week
Jack Choate, Assumption
Junior | Pitcher | North Grafton, Mass.
Choate pitched a shutout in Assumption's 4-0 victory in the nightcap of a doubleheader against Saint Anselm on Saturday. He recorded 19 strikeouts in a seven-inning game while only yielding two hits and issuing two walks. In addition, 76 of his 110 pitches were strikes.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Jack Wishner, Adelphi
Freshman | Infield | Valley Cottage, N.Y.
It's hard to argue what Wishner registered out of the No. 9 hole in the Adelphi lineup in a 6-0 week for the Panthers. He batted .391 (9-for-23) with two RBI. The freshman only struck out once across 23 total at-bats and went errorless in the field as the team's starting shortstop. In the team's opening conference series with AIC, Wishner batted .467, which included a four-hit day with two runs scored in the series opener.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Nicolas Luc, Adelphi (Sr, P - Farmingdale, N.Y.)
The reigning NE10 All-Conference third-team performer threw a complete-game shutout in a 4-0 win over AIC in the first game of a doubleheader on Saturday (Mar. 26) ... He allowed only three hits and one walk and limited opposing hitters to a .125 batting average against.
Graham Smith, Franklin Pierce (Jr., OF - Wilmington, Mass.)
Hit .500/.571/.833, for a 1.404 OPS over 12 at-bats (6-for-12), as the Ravens swept four from Bentley over the weekend. Hit one double and one home run along the way, drew two walks, did not strike out, scored three times, drove in four and stole two bases without being caught. Went 2-for-3 with a home run and two walks, drove in two and stole a base in Friday's series opener. Hit 3-for-5, scored one run and drove in one in Saturday's doubleheader sweep. Was 1-for-4 with a double and a steal, scored once and drove in another in Sunday's series finale.
Zach Brush, Le Moyne (Jr, IF - New York Mills, N.Y.)
Brush slashed .636/.583/.636 with five runs batted in, four runs scored and three stolen bases from the leadoff spot in Le Moyne's 2-0 week. He went 4-for-5 with three runs scored, an RBI and two stolen bases in a 15-2 win in the first game of a doubleheader against Saint Michael's on Saturday. He went 3-for-6 with four RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in a 16-2 win in the nightcap.
Matt Almonte, Pace (Sr., OF - New Rochelle, N.Y.)
Almonte continued his torrid season with another stellar stretch last week. The outfielder batted .400 with three runs scored and three RBIs. He also walked twice to finish with an on-base percentage of .471. Almonte is currently tied for the league lead in home runs (6) and fourth in batting average (.403) this season.
Patrick Gleason, Pace (Jr., P - Valhalla, N.Y.)
Gleason tossed a complete-game gem during Pace's 2-0 win over New Haven on Saturday. The right-hander allowed just two hits in seven shutout innings. He also finished with three strikeouts, while lowering his ERA to 2.33 across 27.0 innings pitched this season.
Mike Borrelli, Saint Anselm (Jr., C/OF - Salisbury, Mass.)
Borrelli posted a .571 batting average in the four-game series against Assumption, recording eight hits in 14 at-bats. The junior posted two doubles, one triple, and three runs batted in while scoring twice in the series. Borrelli also drew two walks while striking out just two times in 16 total plate appearances. The junior started all four games, three as the catcher, and one as the designated hitter. Defensively, Borrelli made an out in all 16 chances and caught two runners stealing while picking off one.
Matthew Michel, Saint Anselm (So, P - Haverhill, Mass.)
Michel allowed two runs (one earned) in seven innings of work to aid Saint Anselm to its first conference win of the season over Assumption on Sunday. The sophomore earned the win as he scattered six hits while striking out two and walking one.
Jack Drewry, Southern Conn. St. (Fr, 1B/RHP - Wolcott, Conn.)
In a 2-1 week, Drewry hit safely in all three games against Saint Rose while slashing .462/.462/.615. Drewry was 2-for-5 with a double on Saturday and then went 4-for-8 in a doubleheader on Sunday with a double and three RBI. Drewry was 3-for-4 with two runs scored an a RBI double ina 17-4 win in the final game of the series.
Josh Roberge, Southern N.H. (Gr., P - Chelmsford, Mass.)
Roberge tossed a three-hit shutout (9-0) over Stonehill in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader at Penmen Field. He allowed three hits, walked one, and struck out seven. It was the second time in four starts this year that Roberge has worked seven scoreless innings in a Penmen win.
Nick Schwartz, Southern N.H. (So, C - Massapequa, N.Y.)
Schwartz went 7-for-12 with two doubles, a homer and three RBI for the Penmen, who won four of five games last week. Schwartz had hits in all five games, and also drew five walks for a .706 OBP.
