NE10 Men's Track Athlete of the Week

Stephen Harris, Franklin Pierce
Sophomore | Billerica, Mass.

Steven Harris, Franklin Pierce University (Sr. , - Billerica, Mass. ) At last weekend's Suffolk Ice Breaker event, Stephen Harris won the 60m dash in a new Franklin Pierce University Record and eclipsed his 2nd NCAA national championship standard of the season. he also finished 2nd in the 400 in 48.76. Both finishes are top times in the Northeast-10 this year.


NE10 Men's Field Athlete of the Week

Andre Francis, Adelphi
Junior | South Ozone Park, N.Y.

Andre Francis made the final of the weight throw over the weekend at the Suffolk University Icebraker, placing sixth overall (and first among Division II/NE10 competition) with a launch of 16.33m. Additionally he landed a 12.65m shotput, and was fourth among Division II competition.


NE10 Men's Track Rookie of the Week

David Williams, Adelphi
Freshman | Farmingdale, N.Y.

David Williams placed third in his heat (behind two Division I competitors) and finished second in the finals of the 60 hurdles in a new program record time of 8.16. This ranks him 24th on the NCAA qualifying list and stands second in the East Region and NE10 conference.


NE10 Men's Field Rookie of the Week

Bishopp Boutin, Adelphi
Brooklyn, N.Y.

Boutin was the top Division II rookie to compete in the high jump at the Suffolk Icebreaker - his height of 1.85 was good enough to place seventh overall. He was the second best D2 competitor and his height is tied for seventh best in NE10, but tops all freshman heights thus far in the season in the specialty.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Will Pessina, Assumption (West Newbury, Mass.)
Pessina had a pair of top-15 finishes a the Bryant Indoor Throws Competition on Wednesday down in Rhode Island. He took fifth in the Discus (38.82m | 127' 4"), before a 15th finish in the Weight Throw (12.51m | 41' 0.5").

Nate Donahue, Franklin Pierce (Fr., Middleborough, Mass.)
At last weekends Suffolk Ice Breaker event, Donahue jumped 6.71 meters to finish fourth in the long jump (ranked 3rd in the NE10). On the track, Donahue hit the jets during then 60 meter hurdle and finished in 9.09 seconds.

Kenneth Holland, New Haven (Sr., Circleville, N.Y.)
In his lone meet of the week last week, the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invitational, Holland posted a pair of top-eight finishes in the long and triple jump. He opened up the day with a sixth place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 13.62m (44'8.25") and followed that up finishing seventh in the long jump with a leap of 6.71m (22'0.25"), his best of the indoor season thus far.

Chris Hogan, Saint Anselm (Sr., Plymouth, Mass.)
On Saturday at the Reggie Poyau Invitational hosted by Brandeis University, Hogan competed in the 1,000-meter run clocking in at 2:39.19 to secure a third-place finish for the Hawks.

Reese Casinelli, Saint Rose (Jr., Lockport, N.Y.)
Casinelli set the Saint Rose men's indoor program record in the 500-meter with time of 1:07.66 at the Utica Winter Opener on Friday.
