NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Katherine Marsh, Adelphi
Graduate | East Meadow, N.Y.

Marsh won the 3k race at the Suffolk University Icebreaker in a time of 10:26, beating out several competitors from Division I institutions - this time is third best in the conference. Earlier in the day she clocked in at 5:05 in the mile, which is the top time in the NE10 and the East Region so far this season.


NE10 Women's Field Athlete of the Week

Isabelle Robinson, New Haven
Junior | Hawthorne, N.J.

In a pair of events at last week's Bryant Throws Competition, Robinson posted top-five finishes in both helping lead her team to a second place finish among seven squads. Her best outing of the meet came in the weight throw where she posted a personal best with a toss of 14.16m (46'5.5") to take home second place overall. She followed that up with a fifth place finish in the shot put hitting a distance of 11.30m (37'1").


NE10 Women's Track Rookie of the Week

Carly Koprowski, Adelphi
Freshman | Wantagh, N.Y.

Coming off a national semifinalist finish soccer season, Carly Koprowski ran a 2:19.75 in the 800m race at the Suffolk University Icebreaker to place second overall. She was the fastest freshman in the event and topped several Division I competitors and her time is the third best in the region and NE10 behind the Marsh twins.


NE10 Women's Field Rookie of the Week

Ava Houle, Saint Anselm
Freshman | Litchfield, N.H.

Houle earned third overall in the long jump event with a mark of 4.96 meters on Saturday at the Reggie Poyau Invitational for Saint Anselm. She also secured third place in the triple jump event after earning a mark of 10.13 meters.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Valencia Beaubrun, Adelphi (So., Bayshore, N.Y.)
Beaubrun was the top Division II finisher at the Suffolk University Iceabreaker in the long jump, putting up a 5.29m mark on her first attempt. She placed eighth overall and also set a new PR in the 200, clocking in at 26.27 to win her section.

Imani Mudiay, Adelphi (Fr., Miami, Fla.)
Mudiay was the second Division II finisher in the triple jump at the Suffolk University Icebreaker over the weekend. She placed seventh overall and was the top Division II freshman in the field with a distance of 10.81m in her first collegiate meet. This mark stands as the third best in the NE10 thus far in the season.

Camille Lopez, Assumption (Jr., North Andover, Mass.)
Lopez had a pair of top 15 placements at the Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational on Saturday afternoon. She began the day in the 400m (59.45), before taking 15th in the 200m (26.34).

Madison Lupino, Assumption (So., Coventry, R.I.)
Lupino took sixth in the women's weight throw (13.48m | 44' 2.75") at the Bryant Indoor Throws Competition on Wednesday afternoon.

Kaitlyn O'Rourke, SNHU (Sr., Braintree, Mass.)
O' Rourke won the 1000m race and was the lead-off runner in the winning 4x800 relay in SNHU's win at the USM II Open in Maine on Saturday 1/6. O'Rourke ran a 3:19.13 in her first try at the distance.
