NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Isabel Marsh, Adelphi
Graduate | East Meadow, N.Y.

Marsh clocked in at 1:32.59 in the 600m Invite event, featuring post-collegiate racers to place fourth in the field at the NYC Gotham Cup at the Ocean Breeze Complex. Although not contested at NCAAs her time places herself fifth on the all-time Division II list in the specialty according to USTFCCCA season lists.


NE10 Women's Field Athlete of the Week

Kisha Francois, Southern Connecticut State
Junior | East Haven, Conn.

At the William Sutherland III Invitational, Kisha Francois won the Long Jump event with a career-best distance of 5.86m while also posting the 14th-best mark in NCAA Division II indoor track & field, and tops in the NE10, this season.


NE10 Women's Track Rookie of the Week

Jada Kamtha, New Haven
Freshman | Saint Catherine, Jamaica

In her second collegiate meet, Kamtha shaved .17 off of her time in the 60-meter hurdles to post a personal best of 9.49 and finish fifth overall at the Ramapo College Opener. In addition, she added a ninth place finish in the long jump.


NE10 Women's Field Rookie of the Week

Belle Smith, Southern Connecticut State
Freshman | Torrington, Conn.

At the William Sutherland III Invitational, First-year Owl Belle Smith won the Shot Put event with a career-best distance of 11.87m, edging the second-place finisher from New Haven by 0.86m. Smith's mark was the second-best in the conference this season and the top freshman mark in the NE10.


NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

DMR Relay, Southern New Hampshire

SNHU turned in an adjusted time of 13:18.18 in the DMR on Saturday at the Panther Invitational, the fastest in the East Region this season. Hope Sinclair, Anna Wiersma, Kaitlin O'Rourke, and Corinna Obernesser ran the legs for the Penmen, who won the meet.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Valencia Beaubrun, Adelphi (So., Bayshore, N.Y.)
Beaubrun's put together a leap of 5.51m in the long jump to win the event at the NYC Gotham Cup. Her distance is third best this season among NE10 competition and topped Division I competitors from Towson and LIU at the meet.

Camille Lopez, Assumption (Jr., North Andover, Mass.)
Lopez had a pair of top-three finishes at the William Sutherland Invitational in Southern Connecticut on Friday. She began the day by breaking the school record in the 300m (41.50), shaving .28 off Claudia Koontz's record from Dec. 1, 2018. Lopez capped off the day with a third-place finish in the 55m (7.54).

Madison Lupino, Assumption (So., Coventry, R.I.)
Lupino finished first in the weight throw at the William Sutherland Invitational at Southern Connecticut on Friday. Her toss of 13.56m (44'6") topped the field of 21.

Briahna Bouchard, Franklin Pierce (Jr., Winchendon, Mass.)
Bouchard won the Middlebury pentathlon with a conference leading performance of 2920 points. In the competition, she turned in performances in the 60HH Hurdles (9.09) and long jump (5.27m) which ranks her 2nd and 5th in the conference respectfully.

Isabelle Robinson, New Haven (Jr., Hawthorne, N.J.)
Robinson picked up a pair of runner-up finishes in her one meet last week, finishing second overall in the shot put and weight throw at the William Sutherland Invitational. She began the day in the shot put where she posted a toss of 11.01 meters (36'1.5") which came on her fourth attempt to finish second in a field of 14 participants. In the weight throw she notched a distance of 13.52 (44'4.25") in her first toss, finishing .04m behind the leader in second place among a field of 21 throwers.

Rebecca Cady, Saint Anselm (So., Lowell, Mass.)
Cady earned first place in the 60-meter dash on Saturday at the Panther Invitational I after clocking in at 7.87, helping the women's team finish second at the meet. The time marks a new personal best for the Lowell native this season and also ranks her third overall in the DII East Region.

Chloe Lawrence, Saint Anselm (So. Pocono Pines, Penn.)
On Saturday at the Panther Invitational I, Lawrence secured first place for the Hawks in the pole vault event with a mark of 2.60 meters, a new personal best this season. She also competed in the triple jump claiming ninth overall with a mark of 8.77 meters.

Patrice Mansfield, Southern Connecticut State (So. Wallingford, Conn.)
At the William Sutherland III Invitational, Mansfield won the 55 Meter Hurdles with a time of 8.60 for the fourth-best time in the country this season and the top NE10 time of the year.

Laila Bunnitt, SNHU (Sr., Lewiston, Maine)
Bunnitt won the weight throw (13.90m) and finished second in the shot put (11.68m) as SNHU won the Panther Invitational I at Plymouth State University on Saturday.

Hope Sinclair, SNHU (So., Hampton, N.H.)
Sinclair recorded two wins and a third-place finish in her three events on Saturday at the Panther Invitational I at Plymouth State. She finished third in 8.18 in the 60m, won the 200m at 27.23, and was part of the winning DMR team for the Penmen.
