NE10 Men's Swimmer of the Week

Mark Zoda, Bentley
Senior | Nashua, N.H.

In a win over Le Moyne, Zoda swam to victory in three freestyle events and anchored the Falcons? winning 200 free relay team with a closing leg of 21.05 seconds. His winning times were 21.46 in the 50, 47.53 in the 100 and 1:46.95 in the 200, the second-best time in the NE10.


NE10 Women's Swimmer of the Week

Caitlyn Longway, Le Moyne
Junior | Sauquoit, N.Y.

She won two individual events and teamed on a relay victory in Le Moyne's loss at Bentley on Sunday. She earned the team's first win of the day with a meet-record time of 24.69 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle to win by 0.18 seconds. She then won the 100-yard freestyle with a meet-record time of 54.62 seconds to again win by 0.18 seconds. She also helped her 200 yard free relay finish in 1:43.73 take second in the 200 yard medley relay.


NE10 Men's Diver of the Week

Loren Searle, Pace
Senior | Savannah, N.Y.

Earned a clean diving sweep highlighted Pace's victory over Adelphi last week. Searle registered top scores in both the three-meter (275.03) and the one-meter (250.58).


NE10 Women's Diver of the Week

Skyler Nenadich, Adelphi
Sophomore | Bayside, N.Y.

Skyler Nenadich not only took first in the one meter diving event in a dual meet at Pace, but also topped the field in the three-meter, winning by over 75 points with her total of 262.35. Her mark in the one-meter at 258.53 just reached the qualifying standard for 2021-22, which is set at 255 with a minimal degree of difficulty at 13.0.


NE10 Men's Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Week

Cooper Rivers, Adelphi
Freshman | Lake Elsinore, Calif.

Cooper Rivers claimed a pair of individual victories and also assisted in a winning 200 freestyle relay. In the 200 yard freestyle event, he clocked in at 1:46.19 for the victory, the best time in the NE10 this season. He also won the 200 IM in 2:09.56 and swam the final leg of the 200 relay, following Daniel Dalrymple, Brian Klotsche and Frank Genna.


NE10 Women's Swimming & Diving Rookie of the Week

Emily Blatt, Bentley
Freshman | Westford, Conn.

Against Le Moyne, Blatt swept the breaststroke events with times of 1:10.84 in the 100 and a conference season-best 2:32.46 in the 200. She was also second in the 200 individual medley (2:22.02) and a member of the Falcons' winning 200 medley relay team (1:52.71).


NE10 Men's Relay of the Week

400 Yard Freestyle Relay, Saint Michael's

The Purple Knights' 400 freestyle relay quartet of senior Nate Imbergamo, junior Nolan Speidel and freshmen Will Englehardt and Thomas Kane won the final race of Saturday's meet in 3:25.89 to clinch their team's 152-136 victory over Keene State. Saint Michael's led 141-130 entering the race, with the Owls having a chance to win the meet with first- and second-place showings before the Purple and Gold quartet took first. The Purple Knights downed Keene State for the first time in 28 years.


NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

200 Yard Medley Relay, Bentley

Bentley captured the 200 yard medley relay against Le Moyne by four seconds with a time of 1:52.71. Junior Dariana Gonzales led off and was followed into the pool by sophomore Emily Blatt, freshman Jordan Nuzback and junior Kate Galvin.


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

200 Yard Free Relay, Bentley
Bentley closed out a win over Le Moyne by taking first place in the 200 yard free relay. Teaming up to post a time of 1:29.11 were junior Anthony Vizental (Concord, Calif.), sophomore Peter Epp (Port Washington, N.Y.), junior Riley Lambert (Ramsey, N.J.) and senior Mark Zoda (Nashua, N.H.).

Dariana Gonzales, Bentley (Jr. - Stamford, Conn.)
Gonzales helped Bentley to a win over Le Moyne by capturing the 100 backstroke (1:00.01), the 200 back (2:10.74) and the 100 butterfly (1:01.19). Her 100 back time was the best recorded in the Northeast-10 thus far this season. In addition, Gonzalez led off Bentley's winning 200 medley relay team, swimming the backstroke leg in 28.65.

Mary Huminski, Bentley (Jr. - Madison, Conn.)
Huminski swept the two diving events against Le Moyne as she recorded scores of 253.10 from the one-meter and 242.45 from the three meter. She previously met the standard in the one-meter diving for the NCAA qualifying meet.

Justin Byrne, Le Moyne (Fr. - Syracuse, N.Y.)
He won both of the diving events in Le Moyne's loss to Bentley on Sunday. He claimed the one-meter diving event with 258.30 points. He then won the three-meter diving event with 254.80 points.

Annie Keppel-Palmer, Pace University (Gr. - Kent, England)
Keppel-Palmer tallied a pair of individual victories during the Setters' win over Adelphi last week.The England native clocked low marks in both the 200-IM (2:21.44) and the 100-back (1:03.97).

Nicholas Lombardo, Pace (Sr. - Staten Island, N.Y.)
Lombardo was victorious in the 1,000-free during Pace's triumph over Adelphi last week. The senior tallied a low time of 10:58.58.

Will Settle, Saint Michael's (Fr. - Mechanicsburg, Pa.)
Freshman Will Settle (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) won both one-meter diving events against Keene State on Saturday, scoring 138.70 points in the first event and 218.05 during the second. The Purple Knights defeated the Owls, 152-136, for the first time in 28 years.

Thomas Kane, Saint Michael's (Fr. - Sparta, N.J.)
Freshman Thomas Kane (Sparta, N.J.) won four events while helping Saint Michael's defeat Keene State, 152-136, for the first time in 28 years on Saturday. He took the 50 freestyle (22.91), 50 breaststroke (28.97) and 100 breaststroke (1:05.09) while leading off for the top 400 freestyle relay (3:25.89), with his opening leg (50.13) the fastest 50 among any swimmer on the four teams in the event. The relay victory clinched the Purple Knights a team win in the meet's final race.

Margaret Wilk, Saint Michael's (Fr. - Hardyston, N.J.)
Freshman Margaret Wilk (Hardyston, N.J.) won three events while nearly capturing a fourth against Keene State on Saturday. She took the 200 freestyle (2:06.34) and 200 IM (2:20.28) while aiding the top 400 medley relay (4:23.75). During the 50 freestyle, Wilk clocked in at 26.64, just 0.30 seconds short of the winner.
