NE10 Men's Track Athlete of the Week

Stephen Quinn, Saint Anselm
Senior l Portsmouth, R.I.

Quinn captured second place in the 400-meter dash on Saturday at the 15th Annual Skyhawk Invitational with a time of 51.32 for a new personal best.


NE10 Men's Field Athlete of the Week

Jackson Marescot, New Haven
Senior l Spring Valley, N.Y.

Marescot finished top-3 in three events at this past weekend's Jim Barber Invitational, posting a personal best in two of the three. Among his three events were a pair of medalist finishes, taking home top billing in the long jump (7.09m, 23'3.25") and triple jump (14.40m, 47'3") with his personal bests coming in those two events. He then posted a third place finish in the high jump with a height of 1.77m,5'9.75". He currently leads the NE10 in the long and triple jump heading into the NE10 Championship next weekend.


NE10 Men's Track Rookie of the Week

James Cognata, Saint Anselm
Freshman  l  Winthrop, Maine

Cognata clocked in at 1:56.08 in the 800-meter dash at the 15th Annual Skyhawk Invitational on Saturday to collect fourth place. His time marks a new personal best and is currently the fifth-best time in the event in conference standings.


NE10 Men's Relay of the Week

4x400, Adelphi

The Adelphi men's 4x400 that raced in the College CTC event at Penn Relays brought home a medal for their third place showing. John Perez, Bryce Ridley, Bryan Combary, Nicholas Stiehler clocked in at 3:24.46 to fall just shy of the finishers from New Haven


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Loudon Chupas, AIC (So,. Colchester, Conn.)
Chupas had the top throw on the week in the javelin for the NE10, moving into 7th overall on the season in the conference with a 52.24-meter toss at the James Barber Invitational.

Quin Riesenberg, Bentley (So., North Reading, Mass.)
Riesenberg was second in the long jump at the Skyhawk Invitational with a career best jump of 6.56.

Matthew Steele, New Haven (So., North Kingstown, R.I.)
Steele competed at two events at this past weekend's James Barber Invitational, finishing top-five in both events. His top performance came in the triple jump where he finished second, to his own teammate, with a leap of 13.59m (44'7"). He then finished fifth overall in the long jump with a distance of 6.80m (22'3.75").
