NE10 Player of the Week

Emma Brinker, Le Moyne
Senior | Forward | East Aurora, N.Y.

Brinker averaged 24.0 points, 12.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game in Le Moyne's 1-1 week. She recorded 20 points and 14 rebounds in a loss at Franklin Pierce on Thursday. She tallied 28 points, including 14 in each half, and 10 rebounds in a 74-63 win over Assumption on Saturday. 


NE10 Rookie of the Week

Gabby Turco, Saint Anselm
Sophomore (Freshman Eligibility) | Guard | Wildwood, N.J.

Turco reached a career-best mark with 27 points, dishing out a team-leading three assists against Saint Rose in her team's 77-63 victory this past week. She also handed out five assists in the team's victory. 


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Ty'zhea Hawkins, Adelphi (Sr, G - Brentwood, N.Y.)
Hawkins drilled the game-winning three in overtime in a 56-54 win at nationally-recognized SNHU (Jan. 27), which received votes in the latest WBCA Division II Poll. She averaged a team-leading 16.0 points per game in a 2-0 week for the Panthers. She also matched her season-high with 16 points in both contests, while shooting 40.0 percent (4-of-10) from three-point land.

Destine Perry, American International (Gr., G - Middletown, Conn.)
Perry averaged 21.5 points per game in a 1-1 week for the Yellow Jackets, while shooting 53.8% from the floor and 46.2% from deep. Additionally she averaged 5.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game.

Meghan Cramb, Assumption (Gr., G - New Boston, N.H.)
Cramb averaged 15 points per game in a busy 2-1 week for the Greyhounds. She scored a team high 16 points (including 4-9 from beyond the arc) in a win against Southern Connecticut to start the week and chipped in another 14 points two nights later in a win against Saint Rose. For the week, Cramb shot 17-37 from the floor (46%) and 9-23 from long distance (39%).

Amanda Kabantu, Bentley (Fr., G - Portland, Me.)
Kabantu led a balanced attack with 14 points, seven rebounds and one steal as Bentley upended No. 22 Pace, 75-55, to improve to 8-2 in the conference. She made five of her six shot attempts, including both her three-pointers.

Lisa Sulejmani, Franklin Pierce (Sr., G - Burlington, Vt.)
Averaged 16 points, nine rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block per game in a 2-0 week for the Ravens. Scored 12 points, to go with nine rebounds, three assists, three steals and a pair of blocks in a 53-52 win over Pace on Tuesday. Followed up with 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three steals in a 68-47 win over Le Moyne on Thursday. 

Kameryn King, New Haven (Jr, G - Old Saybrook, Conn.)
A career-evening for King as she led the Chargers in their only game last week, a home win over Saint Michael's. The junior guard started and played all but four minutes in the game, shooting an impressive 70% for the day going 7-of-10 from the field while adding a pair of free throws for 16 points. It was her third game of the season in double figures and blew her previous career-high away. In addition, she hauled in four rebounds and dished out three assists.

Lauren Hackett, Pace (Sr., G - Commack, N.Y.)
Hackett put together a stellar stretch during the Setters' three games last week. The senior guard scored in double figures in each game en route to averages of 15.0 points and 3.0 assists. Hackett was especially impressive on Saturday when she poured in a game-high 22 points in Pace's win over No. 16 SNHU.

Peyton Steinman, Saint Anselm (Sr., G - Pittsfield, Mass.)
Steinman dropped 29 points in the victory over Saint Rose, making 10-of-21 shots from the floor while adding four rebounds. Matching a career-high with five three-point baskets in the game, Steinman has now scored at least 25 points in seven of her 17 games to date.  

Meg Knollmeyer, Southern N.H. (Gr., F - Hampton, N.H.)
Knollmeyer recorded her eighth double-double of the season on Saturday in a 75-66 loss at Pace. For the week, she averaged 13 points and 13 rebounds. 

Mia Kelly, Stonehill (Jr, G - South Hadley, Mass.)
Scored a career-high 23 points, aided by an 11-for-11 shooting effort at the free-throw line, as the Skyhawks returned to the court for the first time in two weeks with a 72-63 win over Saint Rose on Sunday. Made 6-of-12 shots from the floor and added seven rebounds, four assists, two steals and a blocked shot in the win.
