With the extraordinary lineage of outstanding women's basketball players who through the years have played at Bentley College, Alison (Fay) Casey has proven her worth as one of the all time greats.

Casey made an immediate impact and was the dominant player of her day. In the first season of women's basketball under the NE-8 banner, she was named the conference player of the year. She would go on to earn the first three players of the year honors along with three consecutive First Team All Conference accolades, and remains the only Falcon to ever do so.

One of the most decorated players in program history, she remains ranked first in scoring average, field goals, rebounds, rebound average and average minutes, second in total points, field goal attempts and minutes played and is among the top 10 all time in field goal percentage free throw attempts, free throws.

The accolades did not stop with the NE-8. She was named the ECAC North Player of the Year in 1984, a first team All American by the WBCA in 1982 and 1983, a first team All American by the AWSF in 1982 and 1983, and a first team All American by the NSA in 1984.
