NE10 Player of the Week
Carolina Ivanov, Pace
Senior | Defense | Ipswich, Mass.
Ivanov led the Setters to a comeback win at Adelphi in their lone game last week. The senior recorded two goals and an assist in a 4-3 road triumph against the Panthers. Ivanov's two tallies were less than three minutes apart as Pace scored three second-half goals in five minutes to help erase a 2-0 deficit.
NE10 Defensive Player of the Week
Ciera Lundy, Saint Rose
Senior | Forward/Midfield | Welland, Ontario
Lundy shut down one of the conference's top scoring threats in Saturday's 1-0 double-overtime win against previously unbeaten Southern New Hampshire, and she also had a great defensive match in Wednesday's 4-1 win at Le Moyne. The Golden Knights surrendered just one goal in 200 minutes of play.
NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week
Marika Laurendeau, Saint Rose
Fifth Year | Goalkeeper | Sainte-Julie, Quebec
Laurendeau recorded five of her eight saves on the week in Saturday's 1-0 double-overtime win against previously unbeaten and No. 6 ranked Southern New Hampshire. She went 2-0 on the week, allowing just one goal in nearly 200 minutes of play.
NE10 Rookie of the Week
Carly Issing, Adelphi
Freshman | Forward | Plainview, N.Y.
In a week where the Panthers erupted for six goals, Issing accounted for a team-leading five points (2 g, 1 a). She doubled Adelphi's lead in the first half with a goal and assisted on a second-half tally against Pace (Oct. 20), before contributing a goal in her second-consecutive game in a 3-0 win over Stonehill (Oct. 23).
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Charlotte Bernard, American Int'l (Fr, F - Quebec City, Quebec)
Bernard put home two goals for AIC in a win over New Haven, including the game-winning tally, as the Yellow Jackets got back on track with a 4-0 win over the Chargers.
Diana Bruggeman, Assumption (Sr., M - Natick, Mass.)
In a 1-1 week for the Greyhounds, Bruggeman put up six points from two goals and two assists. All six points came in Assumption's 4-1 victory over Saint Michael's on Senior Night. She scored twice in the first half to give the Hounds and early 2-0 lead and assisted on both of Assumption's second half goals.
Julia Walsh, Assumption (Fr., GK - San Diego, Calif.)
Walsh made nine saves in net in a 1-1 week for the Greyhounds. She started the week with six saves and a .857 save percentage in a 1-0 setback to Stonehill on Tuesday. She went on to make three stops in a 4-1 victory over Saint Michael's on Saturday. Walsh finished the week with a .818 save percentage.
Gabby Calidonio, Franklin Pierce (Fr., GK -Flagler Beach, Fla.)
In Franklin Pierce's only game last week, made seven saves against eight shots on goal to pick up the win in a 4-1 victory at AIC on Wednesday night.
Aino Martikainen, Franklin Pierce (Fr., F/B - Järvenpää, Finland)
In Franklin Pierce's only game last week, Martikainen scored twice off of free kicks in a 4-1 win at AIC on Wednesday night. She attempted four shots in total.
Kate Macaluso, Saint Anselm (Jr, GK - Malverne, N.Y.)
Macaluso stopped all 14 shots she faced in the Hawks 2-0 win over Southern Connecticut State on Saturday. That is a career-high for the junior. Macaluso is now 8-3-1 on the season and has five shutouts.
Jen Bartlett, Saint Rose (So, M - Guilderlannd, N.Y.)
Bartlett assisted on the game-winner with 13 seconds left in the second OT to lift Saint Rose past previously unbeaten Southern New Hampshire, and also set up a goal in Wednesday's 4-1 in at Le Moyne.
Allyson Patterson, Southern New Hampshire (Gr., M - Seekonk, Mass.)
Patterson scored early in the 11th minute Wednesday, as the Penmen defeated Bentley, 1-0, as part of a 1-1-0 week.
Hanna Copley, Stonehill (Jr., GK - Fall River, Mass.)
Copley averaged 6.5 saves and posted a .812 save percentage with a shutout in 157:12 over two games for the Skyhawks. Made a career-high 12 saves to preserve Stonehill's 1-0 shutout win over Assumption on Tuesday.
