Seven Individuals & One Relay To Compete in NCAA Championships


MANSFIELD, Mass. –  The Northeast-10 had seven student-athletes and one relay team qualify for the 2023 NCAA Track & Field National Championships, as announced by the NCAA on Tuesday evening.

Adelphi had three individuals qualify, the most of any NE10 team. Isabel Marsh and Katherine Marsh both qualified in the 800-meter, and teammate Kyria Moore reached qualifying marks in the weight throw.

American International had one individual qualify in two events. Raven-Symone Jarrett, who was named the NE10 Championship Field Athlete of the Meet, will be competing in the high jump and pentathlon. Franklin Pierce and Southern New Hampshire also had one qualifier each with Nouhayla Errahili and Ashley Corcoran. Errahili will represent the Ravens in the high jump and Corcoran, who will represent the Penmen in the mile. 

Southern Connecticut had one individual and one relay qualify, with Cameron Belton who will compete in shot put as the only male athlete selected from the NE10. He is joined by the women's 4x400 relay quartet of Avery WintersIzzy NewburyHannah Caiola and Ella Maclean was the only NE10 relay to qualify.
