NE10 Women's Track Athlete of the Week

Ashley Corcoran, Southern N.H.
Graduate Student | Distance | East Longmeadow, Mass.

Ashley Corcoran won the 3000m steeplechase at the SNHU Spring Invitational. Her time of 10:38.61 was a new school record and the fourth fastest time recorded in Div. II so far this season. 


NE10 Women's Field Athlete of the Week

Adia Cavalier, American International
Senior | Jumps | Bloomfield, Conn.

Cavalier proved ready to defend her All-American status in the triple jump with a national qualifying 11.98 meter jump, tops in the NE10 on the week.


NE10 Women's Track Rookie of the Week

Ella Maclean, Southern Connecticut
Freshman | Sprints | Mooresville, N.C.

Maclean finished in seventh place in the 100-meter dash at the UConn Dog Fight with a time of 12.27, third best by a freshman and seventh best at the meet. Her time was also the best in the NE10 this season. She was also a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished with a time of 48.28 and finished in third place.


NE10 Women's Field Rookie of the Week

Nouhayla Errahili, Franklin Pierce
Freshman | Jumps | Fes, Morocco

Got up and over 1.67 meters to win the high jump at Embry-Riddle this weekend. The mark currently leads the NE10.


NE10 Women's Relay of the Week

4x100 Relay, American International

AIC's 4x100 relay quartet of Roxan Foster, Monique Malcolm, Johnelle Thomas and Haja Donzo won the Yellow Jacket Invitational with the top time in the NE10 for the season, breaking the AIC record with a time of 47.47 seconds. 


NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

Isabel Marsh, Adelphi (So. - East Meadow, N.Y.)
Isabel Marsh placed second this weekend in the 800m at the Sam Howell Invitational. She was .27 seconds shy of first, but posted a new career-best in the outdoor race at 2:14.87 - which currently stands as the fastest time in the NE10 by over three seconds.

Haja Donzo, American International College (Gr. - West Haven, Conn.)
Donzo had a brilliant outdoor debut for AIC, running times in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash that place her top two in the NE10 and was also part of AIC's school-record breaking 4x100 relay that has the top time in the NE10.

Lucy Ambroult, Bentley (So. - Holbrook, Mass.)
During the Black and Gold Invitational at Bryant, Ambroult finished first among 17 in the long jump, clearing 17 feet, 7 inches (4.96m). In addition, she tied the school record in the 100 meters with her 12.66 second time good for third place. She also ran a leg on the Falcons' 4x100 relay team (56.79). On the NE10 performance list, she moved to fourth in the 100.

Samantha Bilodeau, Bentley (Sr. - New Ipswich, N.H.)
At Bryant's Black and Gold Invitational, Bilodeau finished first in the 10,000 meters with her time of 39:00.90 a meet record by about 15 seconds, an NE10 season-best and the third-best in program history. She qualified for the New Englands while winning the meet's longest race by 44.46 seconds.

Nyjah Young-Bey, Franklin Pierce (Jr. - Montclair, N.J.)
Put together an NE10-leading time of 56.05 in the 400 meters, to finish second in the event at Embry-Riddle. Also qualified for the finals in the 200 meters, though the event was ultimately cancelled due to inclement weather.

Kristen Washington, New Haven (Sr. - New Haven, Conn.)
Competing in three events this past weekend at the TCNJ Invitational, Washington took home medal honors in her two individual events - the long jump and the triple jump, while also finishing second as a member of the 4x100-meter relay. In the long jump, she hit a mark of 5.42 meters which came on her second of three attempts as she passed on her final three. In the triple jump, she would once again pass on her final three attempts, hitting her best distance of the day, 11.51 meters, on her third attempt. In the relay, she was joined by Mackenzie Evans, Savannah Sistrunk and Mariama Diakhate as the quad finished the relay event in a time of 50.72.

Mackenzie Glenn, Southern Connecticut (So. - North Branford, Conn. )
Glenn finished in seventh place in the long jump at the UConn Dog Fight with a leap of 5.36 meters, fourth best in the NE10 this season. Glenn also recorded a time of 12.93 in the 100-meter dash, 27.03 in the 200-meter dash, and was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished with a time of 48.28 and finished in third place.

Laila Bunnitt, Southern N.H. (So. - Lewiston, Maine)
Laila Bunnitt set two PR's on Saturday at the Penmen Spring Invitational. She won the discus at 36.17m and also would up fifth in the hammer throw at 35.31m. SNHU won its home meet, kicking off the outdoor season.

Casey Gannon, Stonehill (Sr. - Warrick, R.I.)
Gannon led the Skyhawks overall with two first-place finishes in both the 100-meter hurdles, but also the 400-meter hurdles. In the 100-meter hurdles, Gannon finished with a time of 15.17 and in the 400-meter hurdles, she posted a time of 1:05.29.
