NE10 Men's Track Athlete of the Week
Callum Elson, American International
Freshman | Distance | Leeds, England
Elson was a dominant force at the Penn Relays. In the 5000-meter run, he finished third in a field with over 60 Division I athletes with a time of 13:52.76, the only sub-14:00 time in the East Region and the fastest by over 45 seconds. He also competed in the Olympic Development Mile, which he won in 4:04.11.

Turner Kelly, Southern Connecticut
Senior | Throws | Stratford, Conn.
Kelly recorded two more first place finishes at the Jim Barber & Jack Maloney Tri-Meet. In the hammer throw, he had a mark of 58.05 meters, while in the discus throw, his mark was 47.96 meters.

Michael Gozzo, Stonehill
Freshman | Throws | Weymouth, Mass.
Michael Gozzo had a strong outing for the Skyhawks as he grabbed two top-five finishes in each throwing event he competed in. First, in the discus, Gozzo set a personal record with a third-place toss of 39.75 meters. In shotput, Gozzo recorded a throw of 12.92 meters.
NE10 Men's Relay of the Week
4x100 Relay, Southern Connecticut
The 4x100-meter relay team of Tariq Phillips, Eli Henry, Christ N'Dabian, and Nigel Green finished in first place with a time of 41.13, the fastest time by a Southern 4x100-meter relay team since having a time of 40.87 on May 4, 2019 and fifth fastest time in program history. It is also the fastest in the NE10 this season.
NE10 Weekly Honor Roll
Joseph Santos, Assumption (Sr. - Warwick, R.I.)
Joseph Santos broke his own school record in the 110-meter hurdles at the Skyhawk Invitational this past weekend by crossing the line in 14.75 seconds. The mark ranks second on the NE10 Performance List.
Jack Deehan, Bentley (Jr. - Westwood, Mass.)
During the Stonehill Invitational, Deehan moved to seventh on the NE10 performance list in the 800 meters with his time of 1:55.74 a personal best by 0.28 seconds and good for fourth in a field of 27.
Terrell Patterson, Southern Connecticut (Sr. - Waterbury, Conn.)
Patterson set a new SCSU program record in the 1500-meter run with a time of 3:47.27 and a first place finish at the Jim Barber & Jack Maloney Tri-Meet. Patterson broke a 10-year SCSU record, and his time is the second fastest in the NE10 this season and fifth fastest in all of Division II last week.
Solomon King, Stonehill (So. - Norwood, Mass.)
King had another strong meet as the freshman took home top-three finishes in three events on the afternoon. In the 200-meter, King set a new personal record with a winning time of 21.68 seconds. His quick time is good for the third-best in the NE10 this outdoor season. For the 100-meter, King crossed the finish line in second place with another personal-best at 10.86 seconds. His time from the 100-meter is also good for third in the NE10 this season. King's final event was in the 4x100 relay where he anchored the team to a second-place finish (42.93 seconds).
Jacob Pacheco, Stonehill College (So. - Merrimack, N.H.)
Pacheco was Stonehill's other first-place winner after winning in the pole vault with a leap of 4.30 meters. His winning jump today topped a previous season-high of 4.10 meters set last month at the SNHU Spring Invitational. Currently, Pacheco's leap from the Skyhawk Invitational is the fourth-best in the NE10. He also competed in the high jump and posted a jump of 1.90 meters for second place.
